preschool field trip

Alec had a lot of fun with his class. Here are a few pictures of him at the fire station. He had a lot of fun with his class. Of course since his grandfather (papa) is the Fire Chief, this is his play ground. The next pictures are of the kids taking a shower in my parents shower. It has taken Logan about 3 mths to decide that their huge walk in shower is a fun place to be. So this is the first time that he has enjoyed it. So I took pictures. Also, I finally figured out what was wrong with my camera. And why all the pictures were blurry... and it won't happen again, it was really starting to bug me.

Almost

The boys are almost better. I thought for sure that they were better, then Logan woke up this morning with a runny nose. So sad. But at least this time I am able to give him some stuff for his runny nose. Hopefully after these runny nose's and this cold, we will be done for awhile. We will go in and get a flu shot in the next week. We defiantly don't want to have the flu this winter. Last week we got a good mail from Grandma Sherry and Grandpa in Hawaii, thank you for the DVD's. Alec really enjoyed them. Logan will as he gets older.

sick

So the kids and I have been taking turns getting sick for the last two weeks. First they both had bad colds...and that is what we figured out when I thought it was allergies. But after going to Dr. Devoe, it was a confirmed cold. She gave us some good proscriptions for the boys, since I can't get anything over the counter anymore. It helped Alec and Logan sleep. Then this week, I got sick, I am just getting over it. The boys are better.

I forgot to mention that Alec is in Preschool. He is loving his preschool. Danita is his teacher, she is a Friend from Church, so he already knew her. He is doing really good. I am glad that I have him in this preschool. Danita doesn't put up with any crap, so that is good. Alec minds her, and that is one of the biggest reasons I put him into preschool, so that he can learn to behave by someone other then me. Which he is doing well.

Sunday

Alec, he isn't sleeping very well. He has allergies, and nothing right now seems to be working to help him breath. So he isn't sleeping threw the night deeply. He woke up and his eyes looked like he hadn't slept at all last night. So around ten, I decided that I would stay home and put him back to sleep. So he went to sleep from 11-2pm. He felt much better after his nap. I missed church. But Alec is feeling so much better after the nap. the only problem is that now, tonight, he won't go to sleep as easily.

So yesterday was Alec's first day of Preschool. He had So much fun. He goes to preschool three days a week for two hours. It is so nice, just Logan and I time. That is fun. And when we were driving out to the preschool, he asked me, "mom when I get older, will you buy me a car so I can drive to preschool." hehe, it was so funny. What a cutie....

Logan is not ready to potty train yet. We spent all day on Sun. I thought I got some headway, but alas, he still pee'ed all over me. I think I will give it a month and try again next month. :( Man diapers are spendy, I can't wait till I don't have that expense!

Potty Training

Well, I have started the official potty training....yeah. Logan did good yesterday. we didn't make it to church because he kept 'wanting' to sit on the toilet. So Logan and I stayed home and worked on going potty. I can see that this will be a whole week thing. He did well, he did pee on me a couple of times, but he went the majority of the time in the toilet. YEAH that is the goal.

I am so ready

I am so ready for Logan to be potty trained. I am going to train him....this week!!! at least that is my ambitious. He pooped three times today. He isn't ready, but I am SO ready to train him. We shall see. I am more then ready!!! now lets see if we can do this....

doing good

On Sunday, Alec and Logan BOTH stayed in their own class without me having to be there with them. I AM SO EXCITED!!! that is so aswesome. Yesturday Logan didn't have his diaper on, and he thought he was so cool. He was jumping all over my bed, having a marry old time. Then all of a sudden, he thought it would be equally fun to PEE on my bed...ugh....but it was still funny

Logan turned two

Logan has turned two. He turned two last week, what a cuttie. I am so BLESSED. We had a nice little party last Saturday. It was just family, we had a ice cream cake and good food for everyone. Everyone was here. I bought Logan a tricycle. for his birthday, it was 40 bucks...a little much for me, so it came from my parents also. Kulani sent Logan some toys, which he really likes. Especially the Mr. Potato head. My grandparents gave him a card, and another set gave him some cloths...it was a nice birthday for Logan.

We went to Roaring Springs yesterday. It is the first time in a long for the kids and I to go in a long time. It was fun. I had a hard time focusing. But the kids had a lot of fun. Anyway, after Roaring Springs, we went to a friends house that lives in Nampa. She is my old classmate from Cosmetology school. We had SO much fun catching up.Today at Swimming lessons, everything was going normal until Logan decided to take his shorts off. Yes, he just sat down in the water and took off his shorts....it was so funny. He was free as a jay bird!
